Xiangshan Chemical Fiber Knitting Factory, Macao Nanguang Company, Ningbo Textile Company, China Nanguang Company, Xiangshan Foreign Trade and other joint ventures established Ningbo Yongnan Knitting Co., Ltd.
2001 year
The Chinese parent company of Ningbo Yongnan Knitting Co., Ltd., Ningbo Yongnan Industrial Co., Ltd., was established, marking the first step in enterprise restructuring.
2005 year
Establish Ningbo Yongnan Investment Development Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 60 million yuan.
2005 year
Ningbo Yongnan Times Garment Co., Ltd. was jointly established by Ningbo Yongnan Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Hongfeng Hong Kong Co., Ltd. In the same year, Yongnan Investment Company completed the acquisition of non foreign shares in Ningbo Yongnan Knitting Co., Ltd.
September 2005
The construction of the "Yongnan Knitting City" located in the North Tang Industrial Zone of Juexi (north of Xiangshan Port East Road in Juexi) has started, covering a total area of 129 acres.
2008 year
The "Yongnan Knitting City" with a total investment of 120 million yuan and a total construction area of 80000 square meters has been completed. In May, the weaving production line, garment production line, and management headquarters were relocated to the new base and put into operation.

In May, the weaving production line, garment production line, and management headquarters were relocated to the new base and put into operation. After the equity restructuring and reconstruction of various enterprises under Yongnan, Yongnan Investment Company was changed to establish Zhejiang Yongnan Holdings Group and Zhejiang Yongnan Holdings Group Co., Ltd.
